Terms of service

Last updated 15 September 2026

The agreement between you and us when you build a wedding site here. Plain English, because you have enough to read already.

The service

We give you tools to build and publish a wedding website: pages for your ceremonies, RSVPs, a guest list, a gift list, photographs and, on paid plans, extras such as passes and check-in, a live stream card, aso-ebi orders and a domain. We host the site and keep it available, but we are not your wedding planner and we do not run the day for you.

Your account

You need to be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.

Paying

Building is free. You pay once, per wedding, when you publish on a paid plan, and there is no subscription and no renewal. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.

You have 14 days from purchase to change your mind and get a full refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless you have asked us to publish immediately and we have done so, in which case the right to cancel ends once the site is live. If something is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it, we will refund you regardless of the 14 days.

A domain bought on your behalf is registered for a year and is yours. Because a registration cannot be undone, its cost is not refundable once bought.

Your content

Your photographs, words and guest list stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to host and display them: to store your content and show it to the people you share your site with. That permission ends when you delete the content.

You confirm you have the right to publish what you upload, including photographs taken by a photographer you hired, and that you have told your guests their details are on a website. Do not upload anything unlawful, or anyone else's personal data without a reason to hold it.

What we may do

We may remove content or suspend a site that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell you why. We may change or retire features; where a change removes something you paid for, we will offer a fair refund of that part.

Availability

We work to keep sites up and reachable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, a provider outage or something outside our control can interrupt it. Your wedding day is not something we can rerun, so for anything you cannot afford to lose, keep your own copy of your guest list; you can export it at any time.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us for the wedding in question.

If you are a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing here takes them away.

Ending it

You can delete your site or your account whenever you like, from the dashboard. We may close an account that is being used to break these terms. Deletion is permanent, so export anything you want to keep first.
